Jesus said, "I have come in order that you might have life - life in all its fullness" (John 10:10).

At Herringthorpe URC, we are passionate about Jesus and the fullness of life He offers us! Our vision is for our whole community to discover this new life and centre their lives upon Jesus.

We meet for worship every Sunday at 10.30am, and we have groups for children and young people. Our services are Jesus-focussed, Bible-based and include a blend of both contemporary worship songs and more traditional hymns led by piano and band.

During the week, we have a whole range of groups and meetings for all ages. More details can be found on the 'What's On' and 'Latest News' pages above.

We hope you find our website helpful and look forward to meeting you!

Online worship: Our YouTube Channel here hosts some of our online services, sermons, reflections and prayers. Our Prayer Meeting, Bible Study and House Groups are all meeting on Zoom until 19 July. If you would like to be added to our mailing list to receive the YouTube links and Zoom details, please email us here or visit our Facebook pageAll are welcome to join us!

In-person worship:

Most Sundays until 31 August we are planning to meet outside on the church lawn at 10.30am, as we have more capacity and we are allowed to sing. If the weather is inclement, we will move indoors, so we do ask that you book in for these services (please contact Natalie by the Friday beforehand to do this).  We plan to be back in the building every week from 1 September.

For details on our groups and activities, please see the What's On pages above.
